1. Damaged Product
If your product is received damaged during delivery, you are eligible for an exchange. Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging.
2. Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product by mistake, it will be exchanged with the correct item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Conditions for Exchange
Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
Exchange will be processed after verification by our team.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only applicable in case of:
